Saturday 5th & Sunday 6th August NOTTINGHAM
What's the MANRODEO? I'll tell you now, it's a skate jam of the most disorganised DIY variety. Everyone's invited, so bring a bottle, a ghetto blaster and your whizz plank. The idea is just to have a proper fun weekend of skating and dare I say it: drinking! Last year we had folks from all over the shop. It was a high volume Sunday session, but this year we want to take over the whole weekend. So leave your ego at home come to Nottingham and make a proper weekend of it. We're gonna skate all day Saturday at Maple Street, make a party of it going on until the early hours! A gig is currently being organised for the night time, I believe Das Ragworms (ft the legendary Vasey). Once everyone wakes up with a stinking hangover, it's off to Arnold to to have a session at bowl, possibly even moving on to the Broadmarsh banks.
